Cotton Pre Quilted Fabric – Blue/White Stripes

This is a beautiful pre quilted cotton fabric that is ideal as a spring weight jacket, gilet/vest, light blanket or cushion cover.
It has a layer of soft and squidgy polyester wadding sandwiched between two layers of 100% Cotton with a classic stripe yarn dyed in blue and white all quilted together with an ‘onion’ design.
