Delivery

For samples and orders over £50, delivery is FREE to UK addresses.

UK Orders under £50 can choose one of the following shipping rates:
Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For – £3.35
Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For – £3.95
DPD Next Working Day Delivery – £5.50

If you placed your order before 12 noon Monday-Friday, we will aim to ship your order the same day, provided all items are in stock.  Orders placed after 12 noon will be processed the following day, and orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday will be processed the following Monday (or in the case of a Bank Holiday, the following Tuesday). 
DPD pick up from us each weekday (excluding Bank Holidays), so any orders placed over the weekend will be collected on Monday and delivered the next working day if possible for your area.

For shipping outside of the UK, please get in touch and we will be able to work out a price based on the weight and size of your order.

We take great care to measure, check, cut and package your order, so please do let us know if it arrives with any damage – where possible please take photographs as this will help with any claims.

 

Returns

Fabric is treat by us as an item ‘made specifically for you’, as it has been cut from a larger roll to your required length. We are therefore unable to accept returns for cut fabric.

Because of this we strongly recommend using our sampling service to ensure that the fabric is suitable for your requirements in terms of quality, colour and pattern.

All fabric is carefully measured and quality checked by us before we dispatch it to you.  However, if you feel that your fabric is faulted or damaged in any way, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we can discuss further.

For Haberdashery items such as packets of pins/tape measures/etc then we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange (within 14 days of purchase) as long as goods are returned to us unused and in their unopened original packaging. Cost of posting goods back to us is the responsibility of the customer – please return items in original packaging together with your contact details.  We recommend that you send your parcel by recorded delivery and retain proof of postage.
