Prem./Small Newborn – Age 12

The I CAN Zip Hoodie is a raglan style zip top. It is a great pattern for those looking to sew their first zip in stretch fabrics.

The pattern goes from prem/small newborn right up to age 12. It is suitable for advanced beginners.

There are two zip options. One is simple and designed for those new to sewing zips. It has fewer steps and a simple finish. The second option is a bound zip. This is for those with a little more experience/confidence and creates a very polished finish.

Both zip options come with lots of detailed diagrams, step by step instructions and helpful tips so that everyone can say 1 CAN’ sew a zip.

There are also options to colour block and add pockets.

An overlocker/serger will create the neatest finish but all options can be made using a regular sewing machine.
