Lander Pants

The Lander pattern is a pant and short with a high waist and button fly. The design includes front and back patch pockets, belt loops, and a straight fit through the legs. View A is a short with a 4” inseam, View B is an ankle length pant, and View C is a boot length pant that can be worn with a heel.

Skill Level: Intermediate

Size Range: 0-18

SUGGESTED FABRIC –

Main Fabric: Medium to heavy bottomweight fabrics with little to no stretch, such as twill, linen, corduroy and denim.

Lining Fabric: You will need .50m of light to medium weight woven fabric for the front pocket linings. Appropriate fabrics include rayon bemberg, cotton voile, quilting cotton, linen, or standard lining fabrics.

We sell our fabrics in half metre increments. Please select your desired amount from the required length drop down menu. Your fabric will be cut in one continuous length.

Delivery & Returns

Whilst we aim to process orders as speedily as possible, during busy periods it could be up to 3 working days to have your order ready to ship.

Once you receive an email notifying you that we have finished processing your order that means that your parcel is on its way.

We send all orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Fabric is cut to order to your required length. We are therefore unable to accept returns for cut fabrics, unless faulted.

I made these in a dark navy grandsons twill and I love them. It’s such a nice change from wearing jeans. My body measurements matched their size six exactly but they came out very snug and it was touch and go letting them out even though they have a one inch seam allowance on the outside leg seam. I was surprised to find the waistband was then much too short. I had to recut it. It also gaped at the back but that could be my shape. I inserted wide elastic. The button fly looks really good and isn’t too tricky if you’re intermediate or better. I will make the Lander pants again. They are so comfy.
