The Buckthorn Backpack from Noodlehead has adjustable straps, a zippered top opening, a front pocket for easy access to smaller items and a flat base. Its a great size for fitting tablets, small laptops, and/or notebooks, plus divided interior pocket keeps everything inside organised. The pattern also includes the Buckthorn Tote – perfect for projects on the go.

Backpack: 13”/33 cm wide by 5 ½”/14 cm deep (measured at oval base), 14”/35.6 cm tall
Tote: 10 ½”/26.7 cm wide by 6 ½”/16.5 cm deep (measured at oval base), 11 ½”/29.2 cm tall
Recommended Fabrics: Canvas for exterior. Quilting cotton for Lining.

Additional supplies + tools: Polyester thread, water-soluble pen or tailor’s chalk, cutting mat, ruler, rotary cutter, size 90/14 or 100/16 Denim or Microtex needle, pinking shears (See image of reverse of pattern for hardware and interfacing requirements).
Important Info
We aim to represent our products as accurately as we possibly can, however due to varying screen settings colours may differ slightly. If you are unsure about the colour or quality of the fabrics then please order a sample.
We sell our fabrics in half metre increments. Please select your desired amount from the required length drop down menu. Your fabric will be cut in one continuous length.
Occasionally we may need to contact you regarding products in your order. Please make sure you enter your correct contact details at the checkout to avoid delays.
Delivery & Returns
Whilst we aim to process orders as speedily as possible, during busy periods it could be up to 3 working days to have your order ready to ship.
Once you receive an email notifying you that we have finished processing your order that means that your parcel is on its way.
We send all orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Fabric is cut to order to your required length. We are therefore unable to accept returns for cut fabrics, unless faulted.
