Product Details

This petite tote is perfect for stashing a knitting project and a few essentials. The small shape fits snugly under your arm and the curved lines really play up its feminine design. Approx Finished Size: 10¾” [27.3 cm] tall, 10” [25.4 cm] wide and 5½” [14 cm] deep (measured at oval base)

Recommended Fabrics: Canvas (7-9 oz. weight) for exterior fabric. Quilting cotton for Lining.

Materials needed: (Requirements based on 44”-wide fabric)

5/8 yard [.57 m] Exterior Fabric
¾ yard [.69 m] Lining Fabric (includes interior pocket)
1 yard [.91 m] Fusible Woven Interfacing
½ yard [.46 m] Fusible Fleece Interfacing
(1) 6” [15.3 cm] zipper* for interior zip pocket
(1) 8” [20.5 cm] zipper* for exterior zip pocket
1¼ yds [1.2 m] of 1½” [3.8 cm] wide cotton webbing (for handles)

*PLEASE NOTE: this pattern is written for fixed-length zippers (not zipper by the yard, if using zipper by the yard please add 1.5″ to the length of each designated zipper)

Additional supplies + tools: Cutting mat, gridded ruler, rotary cutter, pinking shears, water-soluble pen/tailor’s chalk, size 14 or 16 denim or Microtex needle, polyester thread

We sell our fabrics in half metre increments. Please select your desired amount from the required length drop down menu. Your fabric will be cut in one continuous length.

Occasionally we may need to contact you regarding products in your order. Please make sure you enter your correct contact details at the checkout to avoid delays.

Delivery & Returns

Whilst we aim to process orders as speedily as possible, during busy periods it could be up to 3 working days to have your order ready to ship.

Once you receive an email notifying you that we have finished processing your order that means that your parcel is on its way.

We send all orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Fabric is cut to order to your required length. We are therefore unable to accept returns for cut fabrics, unless faulted.
