Product Details

This double sided quilted fabric is a perfect choice for cooler weather garments. A layer of thin wadding is sandwiched between one layer of baby cord and a layer of smooth, lightweight nylon and quilted in a diamond pattern.
Ideal to use to sew up a lighter jacket or gilet, such as the Megan Nielsen Hovea Coat, the Tilly and the Buttons Sonny Jacket, the Friday Pattern Co Pogonip Pullover or if you’re making for kids then the Ikatee Sam jacket would be a great match.
Not limited to humans – this versatile fabric works well as dog coats or horse blankets too!
There is a waterproof membrane bonded to the reverse of the baby cord which creates an element of water repellency, however due to the needle holes created during quilted, water can seep through.
