The Hygge is a lined, sleeveless, zipped vest/bodywarmer/gilet (depending on where you livel). There are options for a straight or curved back hem, collar or hood, optional welt pockets and optional ribbed am cuffs and optional zip guard.

The Hygge goes from 0-3m up to Age 12. It is designed for warm, thick fabric such as wool blends, soft shell or padded nylon. Warm fabrics such as fleece are ideal for the lining. This is an intermediate level pattern although there are options available for advanced beginners.

An overlocker/serger can be used for many steps but importantly a sewing machine is all you need for all options.
